Location, character, closeness to everything and very good breakfast

The hotel is truly exceptional: the service, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness, the location, and the breakfasts are all outstanding. Highly recommended. They advise you and help arrange the best tours, always with very personalized attention and a willingness to help.The views from the hotel are also spectacular.

Parking situation was acceptable, I don't see any way to improve in an old town.

My girlfriends and I had an amazing time at Chelebi Cave House. It truly was a home away from home and a highlight of our trip. İsmail and all the staff were warm, helpful and welcoming. They treated us like family and even surprised me with a small cake at breakfast on my birthday. Truly special. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spotless (so clean!), breakfast was delicious and in a spacious bright room with an unreal view of the surroundings. İsmail and his brother helped us arrange airport transport, a private guided tour, haman (Turkish bath) and a visit to a local carpet and ceramic factory. The stone house itself is gorgeous--from the rooftop terrace (where you can watch balloons launch) to the inner courtyard. Location was a short 3-5 min walk to the center of town but far enough that it was peaceful and relaxing. Other spots may have the same views but you won't find one with this much genuine hospitality.

Chelebi is a beautiful hotel. We got to see the Balloons and the sunrise fr9m the rooftop. It is very close to Goreme's down town, walking distance. Breakfast was delicious. I would like to highlight the support from Tahir even before we arrived. He really made the difference to make our stay in Capadoccia great.

We LOVED all the staff there!!!! The room was absolutely beautiful and unique, really spacious and nothing to complain about. But, what made out stay the best was their staff. From our check in to check out, every single interaction with them was amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful, they truly made us feel like we were at home.

The hotel was perfectly located in Goreme, close to all the shops and Seten restaurant, which had the best view. Staff was helpful in booking reservations and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop offered magnificent views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. Highly recommend!

Only wish every room was a cave room! I think I got confused when I booked the Stone room and thought it was a Cave room for some reason, so I was a little disappointed when we got there. But it was still comfortable.

This is a boutique hotel. The owner Ismael is very attentive. He helped us with booking tours and recommended great restaurants. The place and location is beautiful. They serve a nice breakfast every morning and the place is very clean!

The hotel is beautiful, close to everything, the staff is very kind, you can see the hot air balloons every morning from the terrace, and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it

We stayed in a family suite. Loved the space everyone had. Breakfast was spectacular.

The steps to the bathroom are a bit tricky but it’s a cave hotel so that’s how it is.

The hospitality was amazing. The staff is great. They made us sandwiches the morning we were leaving for the airport, to take with us!

Pieces of the wall (just small particles) would fall off randomly! It’s a cave hotel, so i understand…it wasn’t a big deal really.

Everything was excellent. The brothers who run this hotel are really amazing humans. Nothing was a fuss or issue for them. I stayed with my husband and grandmother for 7 days, and we had impeccable service. The hotel offers top-class breakfast. Each morning, the tables are laid with a full display of turkish breakfast delights. Hot eggs, breads, and many other delicious choices. The rooftop of the hotel offers amazing views over Goreme and is within footsteps from the main streets with many restaurants. All the main attractions are in close proximity, and the panoramic viewpoint over Goreme is also a short walk away. We stayed in a cave suite with the balcony. The room was serviced each day, and our towels were replaced daily. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and very clean with authentic turkish decor. Whilst we stayed at Chelebi, we noticed many tourists wandering into the hotel to take pictures of it because of how beautifully decorated it is. The brothers at the hotel organised our hot air balloon ride at a reasonable price, and we were really looked after. We were offered tea and water free on many occasions. We were helped with our luggage to and from the car. We drove and were also able to park our car free each day with no problems. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return to Cappadocia with my family again. Thank you for all your hospitality. We will miss you guys and we will miss your place. To all the staff at reception and the kitchen staff also, thank you. Everyone made us feel just like we were at home.

Fantastic, cosy and authentic hotel with welcoming host and very kind staff! Chelebi Cave House really elevated our stay in Cappadocia. We stayed the whole family in a nice cave family room, with authentic decor and really special “cave felling”, as well as all modern amenities. For breakfast we were offered a great variety of dishes, all from eggs, salads, pancakes, fruits & veggies, selection of cheese, locally made jams which we haven’t tried anywhere else, and so much more. It was very tasty, pleasant and homey.The host was super friendly and helpful when we needed to arrange trips, hot air balloon ride and other entertainment. He was available at any time and very helpful. We felt very safe, welcome and comfortable. Thanks to Chelebi Cave House and all their amazing stuff for making our visit to Cappadocia unforgettable!

Excellent Stay! The location is perfect! It was such a unique and beautiful property. The communication prior to arrival to arrange tours was on point. The rooftop view and breakfast spread was lovely. The owners were friendly. They arranged all our tours and transport prior to arrival.

Not a dislike— just a note. We stayed in family room, the rooms are in a lower level (steps down) so no windows. The bathroom also required a flight of stairs. It worked for our family but just a word of caution.

Great location in the heart of Goreme! Everything within walking distance. Very friendly, helpful and accomodating staff!! The room we stayed was amazing, super tidy, clean, and cosy. Breakfast was unreal, and the rooftop terrace was a perfect location to view the balloons! Highly recommended!

Ismail and Tahir took good care of us before and during our trip to Goreme. They recommended and arranged a local tour with very good service and reasonable price. The breakfast was amazing, we were very full. The cheese was delicious. The cave style bedroom was interestingly decorated and clean. The accommodation is not far from convenience stores and restaurants. The location is perfect. You can see the balloons from the rooftop of the hotel. It is very beautiful. In the last minute, they also arranged a local tour with good price. We used the airport transfer service from the hotel, very convenient. It was like being at home. Both Ismail and Tahir made us not have to worry about anything when we were in Goreme. Thank you very much for everything you did for us.
